  • After placing an order with us, your shoot will be scheduled. Our team will confirm your shoot, and you will be provided with a link to your order and an appointment confirmation email, accompanied by a reminder and details the day before the planned shoot. Following the shoot, our team will commence editing your order. Upon completion, it will be accessible through our portal. An email notification will inform you when photos, videos, and other services are ready for use.

  • As a client, you'll receive email and text message reminders for your booked photo shoot appointments. If you choose, you can add them to your phone's calendar for convenience. Here's how to do it on iOS and Android devices:


    For iOS:

    1. Open the email or text message reminder on your iPhone or iPad.

    2. Locate the attached calendar event (.ics file) in the message.

    3. Tap on the .ics file to preview the event details.

    4. Press the "Add to Calendar" button.

    5. Choose the calendar you want to add the event to, and then tap "Done."


    For Android:

    1. Open the email or text message reminder on your Android device.

    2. Locate the attached calendar event (.ics file) in the message.
